BY SIGNING UP FOR THIS TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY AND BE BOUND TO THESE TERMS and you expressly consent to receive marketing or non-marketing SMS text messages, as applicable, from Protection Benefit Solutions, LLC, and others SMS texting on behalf of Protection Benefit Solutions, LLC, including SMS text messages made with an automatic telephone dialing system (“autodialer”), at the telephone number(s) that you provide.

You may opt-out of these communications at any time. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency may vary. By signing up, you are confirming you are over the age of 13.

Program Description

Subscribers can expect to receive marketing and customer care messages from Protection Benefit Solutions, LLC, which may also include the use of an autodialer to deliver SMS text messages.

Disclosure of your information

We will not rent or sell your Personal Information to other companies or individuals. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties (including subsidiaries and affiliates). If you wish to be removed from receiving future communications, text STOP to opt out.

Mobile opt-in and information obtained as part of the SMS consent process or numbers for the purpose of SMS are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or any other purpose.

COST

Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Protection Benefit Solutions, LLC text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Protection Benefit Solutions, LLC does not impose a separate fee for sending Protection Benefit Solutions, LLC text messages; however, you are responsible for any fees imposed by your mobile carrier of any kind whatsoever.

STOP or Opt-Out Information

You can cancel SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP. Once you reply STOP to us, we will send a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Your Mobile Telephone Number

You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you enroll. You are responsible for notifying Protection Benefit Solutions, LLC immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You may notify Protection Benefit Solutions, LLC of a number change by contacting Customer Care at 1-800-811-3387.

You agree to indemnify Protection Benefit Solutions, LLC in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notifyProtection Benefit Solutions, LLC if you change your telephone number including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Access or Delivery to Mobile Network is Not Guaranteed

It is your responsibility to determine if your mobile carrier supports text messaging and if your mobile device is capable of receiving text messages. Your receipt of Protection Benefit Solutions, LLC text messages is subject to the terms and conditions of your agreement(s) with your mobile carrier.

Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are outside of Protection Benefit Solutions’s control, and Protection Benefit Solutions, LLC is not responsible or liable for issues arising from such network services (e.g., delayed or undelivered messages or the security of any messages).

Opt in to SMS: You can opt in to SMS by Filling out a website form at https://www.protectionbenefitsolutions.com/contact/

Message Frequency: Message Frequency May Vary. Our SMS message frequency will be from [50 to 3000] text messages daily across all users regarding Customer Care and marketing

Changes in SMS Terms and Conditions

We may modify these Terms from time to time with or without notice to you. Unless we indicate otherwise, modifications will be effective as of the date they are posted on this page or any successor page and supersede any prior Terms. You should look at the Terms regularly. Your continued opt-in to receive messages from Protection Benefit Solutions, LLC following any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes. If you wish to opt out receiving communications from Protection Benefit Solutions, LLC under the updated Terms, you may  cancel SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP.
